USB-C Port Not Working

Solution:

  1. Check Cable and Device:

    • Test the port with another USB-C cable or device to rule out external faults.
  2. Update USB Controller Driver:

    • Open Device Manager, expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers, and update the USB-C driver.
  3. Check Power Delivery (PD):

    • If the USB-C is used for charging, ensure it supports Power Delivery (PD).
  4. Reset BIOS:

    • Reset BIOS to default settings, as improper configurations can affect USB-C functionality.
